Focus on co-marketing and new strategies with the Puglia Region.

Turin Alps, the team of tourism consortia that brings together the Sestriere Tourism Consortium, the Bardonecchia Tourism Consortium, Fortour Sauze d'Oulx, and Incoming Experience Turin, participated in the BTM (Business Travel Management) of Bari.

The event, which was attended by many Piedmontese tourism consortia, including those of Canavese, Monferrato, Cuneo, and Valsesia, creating a strong collaborative network, was an important opportunity to exchange views through workshops that allowed them to meet numerous tour operators interested in our mountains and to engage with local institutions.

Among those in attendance were Giorgio Montabone, President of Turin Alps, and Ezio Frecei, President of Incoming Experience, who represented the region, highlighting the unique features of Turin, the Susa Valley, and the Chisone Valley, laying the foundation for potential co-marketing initiatives with the Apulian region.

A key moment was the direct meeting with the President of the Puglia Region, Antonio De Caro, the Mayor of Taranto, Piero Bottero, and Sandro Esposito, coordinator of the Puglia tourism committee. This paved the way for future collaboration agreements and synergies to enhance mutual tourist flows by making greater use of the existing direct flights between Bari and Turin, and Brindisi and Turin.
